Restorative Gong Baths and Immersive Sound Journeys in Bristol
Sound, vibration, rest and stillness..
creating space for you
I offer you a space to rest and let go a while
let go of the stories, expectations, outworn habits, beliefs,
conditioning and energies that no longer belong to you.
To soften, breathe and expand into the realms of possibility.
To become still enough to hear what is calling from beyond the everyday.
Here there is the meeting place between sound, consciousness, energy
and the multidimensional realms.
Through gong, bowls, voice, meditation and sound transmissions,
I create spaces for deep rest, inner listening,
expansion and transformation.
"An amazing experience with wonderful ethereal sounds
which helped me to find a place of stillness
that I have not found before. Would highly recommend.."Linda
"The Sound Bath on Friday was the best start to my weekend,
Annette was amazing and it really helped to set the tone for
the rest of my weekend which was all about wellbeing"Adam
"Annette makes this experience truly magical"Nikita
"What an incredible experience.
I've not had anything like this so I was unsure of what to expect
but it was just so wonderful,
I would highly recommend to anyone.
Annette is a lovely gracious host and it was just so magical" Hazel
"I could really feel the vibrations in my body, absolutely beautiful" Hargreaves L
Sometimes the journey is deeply grounding.
Sometimes it opens into something far beyond the familiar.
There is nothing to force.
Nothing to achieve.
Simply a space to replenish, receive and allow.
Sound carries us into places that words cannot always reach.
I work intuitively with sound and voice,
allowing each journey to unfold according to what is present.
As the body settles,
the mind becomes quieter and a deeper kind of listening and nourishing rest can emerge.
This work offers an invitation to explore what may be possible beyond the reality we have known.

About the event
Gong Practitioner Training
The Gong Practitioner Training with the College of Sound Healing is a CMA certified, year-long programme delivered over five immersive weekends.
Dates: October 31st/1st November, December 12/13th, February
Designed for those who feel called to explore the healing potential of sound, this training offers a supportive and structured path into working with the gong, both personally and professionally.
Over the year, you’ll complete in person training alongside home practice, reflective coursework, case studies, recommended reading, and one-to-one mentoring. The programme combines practical skills with direct experience, giving you the confidence to facilitate sound healing sessions for individuals and groups.
You’ll learn how to work safely and effectively with the gong while developing a deeper understanding of listening, presence, and the transformative power of sound.
