Bristol Gong Baths

Hello,
I’m Annette, musician, sound healing practitioner, and teacher.
I've been tuning in with sound, colour, energy and more since childhood.
I work with sound, both as a way to retune, restore, illuminate, reawaken and as a bridge for you to journey to reconnect or deepen your connection with your natural, intuitive flow state.
More and more of us are walking around not realising how much stress is impacting upon our lives. Raised cortisol through stressful living causes inflammation in the body, relating to illness and aging. Not to mention agitation, short fuses, not sleeping and feeling overwhelmed.
During sound healing treatments, I weave sound in the timeless space that we are held in together during the sessions. I see the body energetically and work with the directions and guidance that I'm given.
In amongst everything that life brings, that infinite well within, is there. Whatever comes along, we keep going, adapting, creating, laughter, grieving, stressing, fudging, levitating ;) shaping our way through this human experience.
That quiet you, that beautiful heart space that knows is what is most probably bringing you here today.
When we get out of the way,
gentle beauty, wisdom and beyond human inspiration flow, as we open as an empty vessel.
Sound used in this way calms the chattering mind, so that this stillness is easier to reach.
Quiet yet profound transformation ripples through the physical body, our entire being and beyond space and matter.
It can guide the brain into slower brainwave states such as alpha (8–12 Hz), theta (4–8 Hz), and often delta (0.5–4 Hz), associated with deep rest, repair, meditation, and inner calm.
If you would like to find out more about 1-1, group work, singing circles, voice work, gong training, I’d love to hear from you.

Blending 70 hours of in-person tuition with personal practice, coursework, case studies, recommended reading and one-to-one mentoring, the training offers both structure and spaciousness.
