I'm Annette Shaw,
I offer Intuitive Sound Transmissions,
live sound journeys with gongs, bowls, voice and more.
Created in the moment, guided by intuition and the energy present in the space,
these nervous system resets are felt in the body and beyond.
The energy moves through the spaces between the words and music,
reminding us of things we used to know.
The sounds are not composed, they flow through
Through gongs, voice, bowls, piano, I follow what wants to be heard,
crafting and weaving spaces where the mind softens
and the body remembers how to rest and you may remember something more.
I offer sound baths, recorded intuitive guided meditations, one-to-one sessions, groups, gong practitioner training, voice group and more.
You don’t need to understand anything, just come, be and rest a while.
Each session flows instinctively and
no two are the same.
You simply lie down, or if that's not comfortable you can sit comfortably,
Then you listen, or drift off into daydream or sleep as
the sound moves through you.
There’s nothing to do.
No technique.
Just space to expand as you are retuned like the musical instrument that you are.
