An all-night immersion where the gongs are played continuously through till morning, creating a steady field of sound that you simply rest within. A delicious breakfast provided in the morning. 8:30pm - 8am (itinerary to be sent upon booking) This is not something to watch from the outside, this is something to step into and be held by. You lie down and allow sound to hold the space. Through sleep, stillness, dreaming, and deep rest, the sound continues—steady, continuous, unbroken. Many people find it deeply restorative. Others experience subtle inner shifts that unfold long after the night has ended. There is nothing to do. Only the invitation to rest inside sound. What to bring Please bring whatever you need to be truly comfortable: futons or mats quilts and blankets pillows anything that helps you feel warm, supported, and able to fully settle The more you are able to soften into comfort, the more the experience can naturally unfold.
