Throughout the day you will explore: Connecting with the Gong Understanding the nature of the instrument, its unique voice and the relationship between player, gong and listener. Playing the Gong Learning different techniques for creating sound, resonance, texture and expression, while developing confidence and sensitivity with the instrument. The Art of Listening Exploring conscious listening, vibration and the subtle qualities that allow the gong to become a powerful tool for sound journeys. Creating Sound Experiences Discovering flow, pacing and intuitive expression, and exploring how to create immersive sound experiences for yourself and others. The day includes: guided exploration hands on gong playing throughout the day guidance and feedback exploring sound from both the player and receiver perspective A deeply immersive gong journey No previous musical experience is needed, only curiosity, openness and a willingness to listen. Held as a 1-1, this allows space for personal guidance, confidence building and a deeper connection with the instrument.
