The Art and Experience of Sound
There is something very important about giving yourself time to stop, listen and simply be.
In a world that rarely stops asking for our attention, sound offers an opportunity to slow down, release the pressures of everyday life and give the body and mind some much needed space to rest.
The incredible tones of gongs and singing bowls, voice and carefully layered sounds create an immersive environment that encourages deep relaxation, helps ease feelings of stress and
supports a greater sense of calm, balance and freedom.
As the body settles and the mind becomes quieter, there is space to reconnect with yourself and gently open the heart space, allowing a sense of warmth and compassion for yourself to emerge.
Some experiences are deeply grounding and restorative, others can feel expansive, transformative
and unexpected.
There is nothing to do, nothing to try to achieve and nowhere you need to be.
Simply arrive, make yourself comfortable and allow the experience to unfold.
Sound as a Pathway to Deeper Listening
I have been connecting with music and sound since childhood.
Classically trained, I work with gongs, piano, voice, singing bowls, chimes and more to
guide you into the energetic world of sound, presence, energy and the subtle realms beyond the everyday.
Each experience is held with care, intention and an openness to what may unfold.
At the heart of this work is a simple invitation: to listen more deeply, reconnect with yourself and
make space.
I hope to sound with you soon,
Annette
