About the event
You are invited into the sanctuary of this beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Bishopston. To take time out from the endless scurry of thoughts and things to do. To lie down in a cocoon of high vibrational healing sound energies.Â
Essential oil blends filling the air.  Allowing  yourself to go on a journey beyond the body and the physical into the realms of colour, magic and infinite  love.
Please wear really cosy clothes, bring your favourite blanket and water with you. Thick yoga mats and extra blankets available at the studio x
