As spirits having human experience, we are all energy and vibration. We are resonant beings.
We all have our own natural frequency and sound medicine moves, expands, contracts, clears, dances within, through, around and about us to retune us to our true absolute frequency,
our clear, pure, unencumbered absolute sound.
Shedding the skins of the burdens of our ancestors,
celebrating their illumination and freedom from beyond the veil.
Reminding us of the timeless love and widsom that we truly are, within.
A sound bath connects us to those portals through which we can more fully access our highest consciousness
and divine source energy.
Some may be more aware of this process than others, we all work in different ways, no one way better than the other and that is a beautiful thing.
No competition, no race, no destination,
just re atuning ourselves to being who we truly are,
as present as possible

About the event
You are invited into the sanctuary of this beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Bishopston. To take time out from the endless scurry of thoughts and things to do. To lie down in a cocoon of high vibrational healing sound energies.
Essential oil blends filling the air. Allowing yourself to go on a journey beyond the body and the physical into the realms of colour, magic and infinite love.
Please wear really cosy clothes, bring your favourite blanket and water with you. Thick yoga mats and extra blankets available at the studio x
