Bristol Gong Baths
Welcome to Bristol Gong Baths
Here you will find a space to let go, release the outworn and expectations
and allow yourself to soften and expand into
the peaceful limitless realms of possibility.
To drop in to the infinite wisdom within,
to listen to and trust the heart.
A space where the body can slow,
rippling through, as the nervous system and fascia settle peacefully.
Guided by intuitive sound and what is present, each session is different.
And if you are willing to trust what may appear to be hardly perceptible shifts,
you may be amazed, as you realise, not so far from now,
how much lighter you feel and how much more joy you feel.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, nothing to try to achieve.
Just space to rest
and from here, something begins to shift, move, expect quietly and naturally.
I offer one to one sessions,
small group, large group sound experiences,
The Art of Gong playing 1 day and 2 day workshops and College of Sound Practitioner Training.
1-1 opening to your voice course
Wellbeing in the Workplace
Chanelled voice and music guided meditations for you to use at home.
Supporting through end of life with Sound
If you would like to find out more,

You will have the opportunity to do lots of playing and explore the instrument individually and alongside others
through paired and group practices.
