Bristol Gong Baths
Intuitive Sound
Sound bath transmissions and workshops with gongs, bowls, voice and more.
I work with live sound sessions, private sessions, workshops and recorded guided sound.
Each one is created and played in the present, for listening, rest and attention.
All you have to do is lie down or sit comfortably.
Nothing is required of you, nowhere to be, nothing to do as the sound begins and unfolds slowly and
the low frequencies are felt as much as heard.
Rhythm and repetition settle breath and attention, as
the nervous system responds to sustained sound.
There is nothing to do but listen.
Over time, something changes.
Attention shifts and the body settles.
The mind reorganises itself around sound rather than thought.
Sometimes this feels like rest, other times like release.
Often like a quiet reset.
Nothing is forced.
This is not about belief or interpretation.
It’s about directly experiencing sound
and how it affects perception, state
and presence.
Private Sessions
One to one work, specifically for you.
Held with care and attention.
These sessions are helpful for real rest, clarity, or deeper work with sound.
Sound baths for small groups, retreats and events.
Shared nourishment and listening in a held space.
Guided Meditations
Spoken guidance with live recorded sound and music.
Layered sound is used to guide attention through different states,
settling, focusing, expanding and releasing patterns of thought and tension.
This work is about shifting state through frequencies, guidance and drifting in and out of listening.
Workshops and Practitioner Training
Gong training from The College of Sound Healing
Listening presence.
Sound moves beyond language and this is where perception changes.
Just space to expand as you are retuned like the musical instrument that you are.
If this resonates, I'd love to see you.

About the event
When all about is full of pressure, noise and sensationalism, take some time out to just be you and connect in with the incredible wisdom and reassuring love that you hold within your heart.
There will be guided meditation and a gentle nurturing Sound Bath to help kids and teens 12+ to connect in with their heart space. To be reminded of the friend they have in themselves that's always there and tap into their intuition and flow state. The rhythmic sound of the gongs will ruffle the brain's feathers, cdd as using it to slow down and produce theta brainwaves. These are the brainwaves we produce when we are deeply relaxed and open to being creative, tapped into to life's flow. Without flowery talk, the class is aimed at young people in a clear, straightforward, light and yet nurturing way.
The guided meditation is different each week and takes the young people on a journey into deeper self acceptance. Moving away from comparisons, competition, outside pressure, to a place where they find that they are perfect and complete, just as they are.
Sound gets to the heart of things and perks away resistance in a way that is profound and transformational.
Encouraging young people to connect in, breathe and consult their inner oracle behore making rash decisions. So that they may come from a place of inner strength and golden resilience.
If you have any questions at all, please get in touch.
Please bring 2 blankets and some water and wear cosy clothing. Open to parents too should they wish to attend.
