I also offer

Gong playing workshops
Guided meditation transmissions to use at home
Space to let go a while,
it’s time
to release the outworn and expectations
and allow yourself to soften, land, awaken and expand into
the infinite wisdom and possibility that lies both within us
and somehow without.
A space where the body
can slow down,
the nervous system can settle and relax into
magnetic freedom.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, no competition, no race
Trusting your heart,
it won't let you down and
you may look back in wonder, not so long from now
and realise just how much has changed

About the event
Gong Practitioner Training
The Gong Practitioner Training with the College of Sound Healing is a CMA-certified, year-long programme delivered over five immersive weekends.
Designed for those who feel called to explore the healing potential of sound, this training offers a supportive and structured path into working with the gong, both personally and professionally.
Over the year, you’ll complete 70 hours of in-person training alongside home practice, reflective coursework, case studies, recommended reading, and one-to-one mentoring. The programme combines practical skills with direct experience, giving you the confidence to facilitate sound healing sessions for individuals and groups.
You’ll learn how to work safely and effectively with the gong while developing a deeper understanding of listening, presence, and the transformative power of sound.
Created by Sheila Whittaker, founder of the College of Sound Healing, the training provides a strong foundation while encouraging you to develop your own authentic relationship with the gong…
