About the event
The Art of Gong playing
A day to deepen your relationship with the gong and explore its unique language of sound, vibration and resonance.
Throughout the day, you will be guided through different approaches to playing the gong, developing your awareness of sound, exploring intuitive art.
You will have the opportunity to do lots of playing and explore the instrument individually and alongside others
through paired and group practices.
No previous gong experience is needed, and no musical background is required, only curiosity, openness and a willingness to listen.
