A restful, restorative, nurturing sound bath, with gongs, bowls, voice medicine, chimes and more. Take some time out from the everyday noise and chatter of the mind and everyone else around and just give yourself 90 minutes with nothing to do, nowhere to be, no expectations, just trusting the wisdom of high vibrational channelled sounds to retune and replenish beyond time and space.

Please wear really comfortable clothes and bring some water, a soft mat/single futon, a big cosy blanket or quilt, even a pillow, anything that will help you to really rest.
