As spirits having human experience, we are all energy and vibration. We are resonant beings.
We all have our own natural frequency and sound medicine moves, expands, contracts, clears, dances within, through, around and about us to retune us to our true absolute frequency,
our clear, pure, unencumbered absolute sound.
Shedding the skins of the burdens of our ancestors,
celebrating their illumination and freedom from beyond the veil.
Reminding us of the timeless love and widsom that we truly are, within.
A sound bath connects us to those portals through which we can more fully access our highest consciousness
and divine source energy.
Some may be more aware of this process than others, we all work in different ways, no one way better than the other and that is a beautiful thing.
No competition, no race, no destination,
just re atuning ourselves to being who we truly are,
as present as possible

About the event
Surrender to the sky writers, the wisdom of the moon there within and without as rest in the illuminating transformations that are channelled high vibrational sound energy medicine.
As we leave the ego lovingly to rest outside the door, we become the hollow bone, the empty space of al that’s beautiful and wise and infinite and love.
Please bring water, thick blankets, pillow and prepare to replenish, retune and release into freedom.
Due to the vibrational nature, sound baths are not advised during the first trimestre of pregnancy.
