our clear, pure, unencumbered absolute sound.
Shedding the skins of the burdens of our ancestors,
celebrating their illumination and freedom from beyond the veil.
Reminding us of the timeless love and widsom that we truly are, within.
A sound bath connects us to those portals through which we can more fully access our highest consciousness
and divine source energy.
Some may be more aware of this process than others, we all work in different ways, no one way better than the other and that is a beautiful thing.
No competition, no race, no destination,
just re atuning ourselves to being who we truly are,
as present as possible

Join me in this beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Bishopston for a journey through the energetic portals within, with sound. Using guided meditation, gongs, bowls, voice and more as we surrender to the space created, stepping out of the everyday and into the realms of magic and possiblities

About the event
Let loose the outworn protectors, masks, old messages, burdens and more. Let them thud to the floor like a heavy lead cloak - step out of the folds and set yourself Free. Free to see things in a different light, with a wider breath and softening peace. Expanding into and trusting the moving infinite wisdom of the heart.
Please bring a cosy blanket, a pillow and some water. Thick yoga mats are provided.
Please wear clothes to be cosy and relaxed in, socks are always nice too.
