I am Annette, a musician, sound medicine practitioner, teacher
Sound is a powerful alchemical energy and source of healing, which when channelled with intention and integrity,
can profoundly alter our lives.
I use gongs, voice medicine, bowls, chimes, piano and more to bring sound through to work with you as an energetic being.
Clearing, opening, expanding, retuning, working with sound in this way is akin to dissolving away invisible
veils and areas of illusion that we have gathered or inherited.

About the event
90 minutes of rest and replenishment at a cellular level and beyond. Held in a vibrational cocoon of sound. Nothing to do, just taking some time to conserve in with yourself and rest by the fire.
You’ll need a mat, big blanket, pillow and comfortable clothes.
