Sound Healing with Annette
Bristol Gong Baths
Welcome to
Bristol Gong Baths
Thank you for visiting
I’m Annette Shaw, musician, sound medicine weaver, and intuitive guide.
Using incredible gongs, voice medicine, singing bowls and other sacred instruments, through subtle vibration, sound, and quiet awareness, I hold a space where your body, mind, and energy field can soften, release, reawaken, realign with your natural optimum frequency.
Sound doesn’t push, it invites your inner intelligence to awaken, flow, and expand.
Transformational shifts expand through every layer of your being, opening clarity, lightness, and deeper connection with your higher self.
Atuning to sound, colour and energy since childhood, I use perfect pitch, sensitivity and inner sight to guide the energy and notice the
subtle shifts as they unfold
I simply channel the sound light energy with intention, integrity and deep respect.
A sound healing session offers you deep, multidimensional rest, profound relaxation
and recalibration,
Release of energetic tension and old patterns from this life or any other,
Subtle alignment with your highest vibrational aspect,
Reconnection with intuition, wisdom, and inner guidance,
Time to be held and resonate in the highest vibrational, highest dimensional healing fields
The instruments becomes a portal to higher dimensional awareness, where transformation unfolds naturally and profoundly.

About the event
The College of Sound Healing’s Gong Practitioner Training Course© is a CMA-certificated programme offered over five weekends across one year—a journey into the heart of sound and its transformative power.
The training combines 70 hours of formal in-person instruction with personal practice, coursework, case studies, reading, and one-to-one mentoring, guiding participants to cultivate both technical mastery and a deep resonance with the subtle, healing currents of the gong.
Through this programme, participants awaken the knowledge, skill, and inner sensitivity to step fully into the role of Certified Gong Practitioner, facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups with presence, intention, and attuned energy. The course invites a sacred relationship with the gong—not merely as an instrument, but as a living, vibrating ally of transformation and healing.
This programme was created for the College by Sheila Whittaker, ensuring that the training honours tradition while opening a pathway to the profound, sacred potential of…
