Originally masterminded by Sheila Whittaker, this unique two day immersion is now held in Bristol by Annette Shaw, carrying forward a lineage of deep listening, intuitive playing and presence.
This is a hands on learning experience for those called to explore the art of the gong. Beyond technique, you’ll be invited into a more refined way of listening, developing sensitivity, awareness and trust in your own intuition.
Over the weekend, you’ll explore:
• Foundational gong playing skills and techniques
• The art of deep listening
• Cultivating intuition and responsiveness
• Holding presence for yourself and others
• Creating space through sound
Held in a supportive, focused environment, this intensive is about connecting and entering into the heart of the gong, not just learning it.
Whether you’re beginning or looking to deepen your relationship with the gong, this weekend offers a grounded and immersive path into the transformative layers, colours and subtle healing aspects of the gong .
