Deeply Nurturing Overnight Retreat

Service Description

A restful overnight retreat, surrendering within to the energetic realms of love, wisdom, ilumination, self love and compassion. The day will beging with some intention setting with a loving tea blend. There will then be an energetic medicine sound bath, to release, let go, surrender to what is and begin to make room for shifts, alignment and retuning at a cellular level and beyond. There will be some making of blends, some exploration with paint, more intention setting as the day unfolds and things become uncovered. There will be 4 deep sound healing sessions as part of this retreat. These retreats are quiet and are all about looking within and connecting in to the still small voice of calm within that is too often drowned out by the cacophany of the mind. Be prepared to be cocooned in high vibrational healing energies and connecting in the high dimensions. Light wholesome vegetarian meals provided along with herbal teas and filtered water.
