I offer you a space to rest and let go a while.
To let go of the stories, expectations, outworn habits,
those beliefs, conditioning
and energies that no longer belong to you.
Perhaps you’ve been carrying things that never belonged to you and now it’s time to put down that heavy load.
Time to soften, breathe and expand into the realms of possibility.
To become still enough to hear what is calling from beyond the everyday.
Here there is the meeting place between sound, consciousness, energy
and the multidimensional realms.
Through gong, bowls, voice, meditation and sound transmissions,
I create spaces for restoration, inner listening,
expansion and transformation.

As the body settles,
the mind becomes quieter and a deeper kind of listening and retuning can take place.
