As spirits having human experience, we are all energy and vibration.
We are resonant beings.
We all have our own natural frequencies and sound medicine moves, expands, contracts, clears, dances within, through, around and about us to retune us to our true absolute notes;
our clear, pure, unencumbered absolute sound.
Shedding the skins of the burdens of our ancestors,
celebrating their illumination and freedom from beyond the veil.
Reminding us of the timeless love and widsom that we truly are, within.
A sound bath connects us to those portals through which we can more fully access our highest consciousness
and divine source energy.
Some may be more aware of this process than others, we all work in different ways, no one way better than the other and that is a beautiful thing.
No competition, no race, no destination,
just re atuning ourselves to being who we truly are,
as present as possible

About the event
Things change during a Sound Bath.
What starts as a slowing down, readjusting, arriving; smooths out into something greater, vast and resonating. Holding us all in it’s expanse , transmuting and somehow reaching us all just as we need.
I don’t try to understand as it moves through us all, transporting us highest dimensionally in healing energetic fields beyond our understanding of time and space.
We are just the hollow bones through which it flows.
Please bring water, cosy blanket/quilt, pillow and wear comfortable clothes.
