Join me in this beautiful Yoga studio in the heart of  Bishopston.   This is a chance to just drop everything for a while and  let yourself rest up and let go.  I will lead you in a guided  meditation before cocooning you with the beautiful, mesmeric and  rhythmic sounds from gongs, bowls and other lovely instruments.   Sound  used in this way is incredibly powerful and many people feel very moved  by the experience.   Things that need to be stirred and released can  easily come away and it can be a chance to step out of the old and into a  newer higher vibrational line.
