About the event
As the pure essential oils diffuse and the log burner holds the dancing flames, allow yourself the time to cosy up on the soft futons provided and be lulled into deep relaxation and journeys into the magical realms by the rhythmical resonance of the gongs, bowls, voice and other sacred instruments. There is no destination, nothing to try to do or be - only to just be you however you are
There will be a guided meditation leading into an enveloping sound bath.
Please wear cosy clothes, socks, bring thick blanket and some water.
