Sound Journey with guided meditation

Leave everything outside the door and surrender to rest as we journey into the chakra portals. Let the worries and the chatter of the mind be soothed with the feeling of the breath and the warm embrace of the gongs, bowls, voice , chimes and more.. Discovering long forgotten wisdom as you are charged and reactivated by the ascended masters.

We will use guided visualisation/ meditation and you will have space to tune in and set an intention.  

All you will need to do is just lie down, as in at the end of a yoga class and let the sounds wash over you.  There is no expectation to be any way - only that you bring yourself, just the way that you are.
