rejuvenating, transmuting, clearing, regenerating.

Step into the Gong space, log burner casting it's magical flickering light and set up your cosy station, Soft mats, eye bags and pillows are provided but please bring a cosy blanket and some water.
Everyone here will have their own stories happening outside of the door. but just for this time you can step outside of all that. A space to just close your eyes and let go, as I lead you on a journey with sound and guided imagery - as you follow the lead and calls from your heart and deepest wisdom from within and beyond. Whether you are conscious of this or not, the sound and intention will bring deep nourishment beyond time and space
