our clear, pure, unencumbered absolute sound.
Shedding the skins of the burdens of our ancestors,
celebrating their illumination and freedom from beyond the veil.
Reminding us of the timeless love and widsom that we truly are, within.
A sound bath connects us to those portals through which we can more fully access our highest consciousness
and divine source energy.
Some may be more aware of this process than others, we all work in different ways, no one way better than the other and that is a beautiful thing.

A nurturing rest in sound. A guided meditation followed by 80 minutes of sound to rest, snooze, daydream and be nourished and reconnected to the magic that runs deep within away from mobile phones and distractions.
