When life feels overwhelming or out of rhythm,
sound offers a way to release and renew
into something more settled and true.
A space where the body can slow
and the nervous system can gently settle and relax in ways that defy any explanation.
Each session unfolds intuitively,
guided by sound and what is present.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, nothing to try to achieve.
Just space to rest
and from here, something begins to shift, move, expect quietly and naturally.
I offer one to one sessions,
small group, large group sound experiences,
gong playing weekends and training.

Book yourself in for a low cost fully immersive Sound Bath in this little Temple of Sound in the heart of Bishopston.
Choose your time from 30 minute slots up to 1.5 hours and trust that you will get exactly what you need.
