Shedding the skins of the burdens of our ancestors,
celebrating their illumination and freedom from beyond the veil.
Reminding us of the timeless love and widsom that we truly are, within.
A sound bath connects us to those portals through which we can more fully access our highest consciousness
and divine source energy.
Some may be more aware of this process than others, we all work in different ways, no one way better than the other and that is a beautiful thing.
No competition, no race, no destination,

About the event
When all about is full of pressure, noise and doom and gloom news, take some time out to just be you and connect in with the incredible wisdom and reassuring love that moves within our hearts.
There will be guided meditation and a gentle nurturing Sound Bath to help kids and teens 12+ to connect in with their heart space. To be reminded of the friend we all have in ourselves that's always there to tap into. Helping kids to know how to relax more, know what's right and wrong for them and just enjoy flowing with life and being themselves. The rhythmic sound of the gongs and other instruments ruffles the brain's feathers, causing it to slow down, smile and produce theta brainwaves.
