I am Annette, a musician, sound medicine practitioner, teacher
Sound is a powerful alchemical energy and source of healing, which when channelled with intention and integrity,
can profoundly alter our lives.
I use gongs, voice medicine, bowls, chimes, piano and more to bring sound through to work with you as an energetic being.
Clearing, opening, expanding, retuning, working with sound in this way is akin to dissolving away invisible
veils and areas of illusion that we have gathered or inherited.

About the event
A powerful, restorative sound retreat in a quiet greek magic house. A week to rest, receive high vibrational sound healing as we explore and connect in to higher dimensional healing energies and surrender to light frequencies. As the veils thin between the two worlds, dissolving our illusions and taking us deeper and further into our infinite inner landscapes.
Each day will have a gentle rhythm and structure.
Beginning with gentle yoga, healing sound bath.
This retreat is primarily about receiving sound, retuning our requencies, illuminating. recalibrating us on every level, along with the incredible energetic resonance and healing of the land and seas and skies and energetic healing team.
There will be intuitive creative sessions, guided meditation, voice work, (no experience necessary or the belief in your voice) morning swims and time at the nearby peaceful seas.
