Bristol Gong Baths
Hello, I’m Annette.
Working with sound,
I offer a quiet space to soften, listen and return.
To come back to the calm, wise place within you
that always knows.
When life feels full or out of rhythm,
sound offers a gentle way to step out of noise
and into something more settled and true.
A space where the body can slow
and the nervous system can gently settle and relax.
Each session unfolds intuitively,
guided by sound and what is present.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, nothing to try to achieve.
Just space to rest
and from here, something begins to shift quietly, naturally.
—
I offer one to one sessions, small group sound experiences and gong training.
Each is held with the intention of supporting reconnection with yourself.
If this resonates, please get in touch.
