release the heavy cloak of expectations, projections and ancestral burdens.
The healing sound frequencies nourish the body at physical and energetic levels,
rejuvenating, transmuting, clearing, regenerating.

When the body's frequency drops below 58 MHz, this is when disease can begin.
Bacteria , disease, viruses, even parasites, all have low frequency, which in turn affect our own eenergetic field.

Â Stepping out of dense outworn timelines, diving into new portals, expanding into limitless consciousness - with all the gifts that this bestows upon us all. Please bring thick blankets/quilt, pillow, anything to help you fully rest and be really comfortable.
