Friday Evening Sound Bath October 27th 6-7:30pm

Set up your cosy station, leave your worldly concerns outside, close your eyes and let yourself be taken off and away on a journey.  I will lead you to venture within with guided imagery and Sound, taking you deeper into your inner realms of wisdom and truth for you. As you may choose to expand into the space within, the energetic streams and ancestral , karmic lines will be washed through with powerful sacred sound. Release can be transformative and profound. The beginning or continuation of a deepening connection to the truth that lives within and beyond.

Sound reaches and transforms at a cellular level and can meet us deeply in a place that seems outside of time and space.  Receiving regular sound baths is akin to a musical instrument being tuned. 

Your body mind and soul will become more and more open and free to sing their own beautiful song. 

Mats provided, please wear comfortable clothes and bring thick blanket and a pillow to be extra cosy.
