I offer a quiet space to soften, listen and return.
To come back to the calm, wise place within you
that always knows.
When life feels full or out of rhythm,
sound offers a gentle way to step out of noise
and into something more settled and true.
A space where the body can slow
and the nervous system can gently settle and relax.
Each session unfolds intuitively,
guided by sound and what is present.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, nothing to try to achieve.
Just space to rest
and from here, something begins to shift quietly, naturally.

A night resting whilst gongs plays. can be extremely transformational. Bringing your thick futon, cosy quilt, pillow, water and rest for a whole night of sleep, dreaming, journeying or listening to gongs as you are held , nourished, regulating the nervous system. Extremely restorative

About the event
A Gong Puja, is a powerful all night event, where gongs are played continuously throughout the night as you fully rest. These all night gong puja’s are an opportunity to receive deep replenishment and to really let go and release stagnant pockets of energy and emotional, behavioural, thought burdens that aren’t yours to carry. There is here an occasion to step fully into your body’s harmonious resonance and allow your cells to vibrate and sing to your soul’s true frequency.
Subtle shifts do occur. It’s not an overnight cure all, sound healing works over time with subtle shifts , insights, clarity and intuition.
It is a step though the veil together though , into the heart space, whether you’re conscious of this or not, it doesn’t matter, ( if you sleep your mind lets you retune without question) as we are held for a while beyond time and space.
