Sound, vibration, silence,
creating space for you
I use beautiful gongs, singing bowls, voice, chimes and more
to cocoon you in an experience outside of words, as you are totally held by sound.
All you'll need is your yoga mat, cosy blanket, socks, water and after you've set up your space
you can just lie down for some retuning & replenishing rest beyond time and space.,
An invitation to just let go awhile.
Gongs sing waves throughout us,
inviting us beyond the confines of the busy mind
and into the warm reassuring spaciousness of the heart.
The body can begin to soften and release,
as we breathe into the growing freedom within,
allowing ourselves to expand into the realms of possibility.
To become still enough to hear what is calling from beyond the everyday.
Sound offers us a way to connect with the true version of ourselves. That wonderful child within.
Perhaps we may catch a glimpse or more of the meeting place between sound, consciousness, energy
and the multidimensional realms.
Through gong, bowls, voice, meditation and sound transmissions,
I create spaces for restoration, inner listening,
expansion and transformation.

Simply a space to replenish, receive and allow.
I work intuitively with sound and voice,
allowing each journey to unfold according to what is present.
As the body settles,
the mind becomes quieter and a deeper kind of listening and retuning can take place.
This work offers an invitation to explore what may be possible beyond the reality we have known.

About the event
Dissolve deeper into the heart space.
Sound Bath taking us all deeper into our awakening, further into presence and more joyfully into lighter, higher vibrational being. Stepping out of dense outworn timelines, diving into new portals, expanding into limitless consciousness - with all the gifts that this bestows upon us all. Being the change the world needs, one gong bath at a time :)
Please bring thick blankets/quilt, pillow, anything to help you fully rest and be really comfortable.
This is not suitable during pregnancy due to the vibrational, transformational nature of the sound.
