I’m Annette Shaw, musician, sound medicine weaver, and intuitive guide.
Using incredible gongs, voice medicine, singing bowls and other sacred instruments, through subtle vibration, sound, and quiet awareness, I hold a space where your body, mind, and energy field can soften, release, reawaken, realign with your natural optimum frequency.
Sound doesn’t push, it invites your inner intelligence to awaken, flow, and expand.
Transformational shifts expand through every layer of your being, opening clarity, lightness, and deeper connection with your higher self.
Atuning to sound, colour and energy since childhood, I use perfect pitch, sensitivity and inner sight to guide the energy and notice the
subtle shifts as they unfold

Join me in this beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Bishopston for a journey into the heart space and beyond with sound. I'll be using guided meditation, gongs, bowls, voice and more to create the space with you to step out of the everyday and into the realms of magic and possiblities

About the event
Step out of the worries and the whirring noise and chatter of the mind and every day life and allow the sounds of the gongs, bowls, voice and other sacred instruments to help you to release into your own journey within to connect with your wisdom, light and loving consciousness.
We will use breath together and guided visualisation/ meditation. We will also importantly be setting an intention. Setting an intention with Sound is powerful.
I will then cocoon you in high vibrational sounds. All you will need to do is just lie down, as in at the end of a yoga class and let the sounds wash over you. There is no expectation to be any way - only that you bring yourself, just the way that you are.
