About the event

A 10 week programme of guided meditations and deep nervous system regulation for you to use at home.

This is for you if you are needing something deeper than surface level meditations. This programme leads you on a journey back home to you, beyond the demands and stresses that may be around you right now.

A series of carefully delivered 20 minute guided meditations, that will allow you time to fully rest and reconnect perhaps more deeply and in different ways than before.

Each week, a new meditation will be sent to you for you to use daily and each will lead on from the next.

If at the end of the 10 weeks you would like to continue going deeper into these guided meditations and how they are evolving, this programme is ongoing and we are in the capable hands of the divine spirit team
