Day Retreat in Sound 1-1

A day of retreat, rest, sound and reflection.  Allowing the illusion to subside as we connect in to our true voice and whispers of the heart and soul.  A time of intention setting, integrating, releasing and opening and expanding into the limitless possibilities and magical realms.

The day begins with a short land and connect followed by 90 minutes of sound.  There will be some reflection, rest, guided visualisation to go a little further along and deeper in through the veils and portals. 

There will be intuitive art, no pressure or experience, you may be surprised by your work, journalling, qi gong, light wholesome vegan lunch, quietly in contemplation. After lunch, we will move beyond limitations with the power of sound and intention, to allow the outworn to release and give permission for ourselves to receive deep illumination beyond.

This is powerful work and an openess to angelic beings, ascended masters, pleidians, atlanteans and so very much more is  very helpful, although not essential.

There will be staying with the breath, inner love and with the present.  No need for the small talk and chitter chatter, just space to be you without any pressure at all to be anything but you, however you are at the time.

The day begins at 10 am and finishes at 3pm.

There will be several very thorough sound baths and the recommendation will be to rest completely afterwards to allow this to fully integrate.

Sound has a way of very directly melting through the layers to retune the raw gemstone within.
