Bristol Gong Baths
Welcome to Bristol Gong Baths
A space to rest and let go a while
let go of the stories, expectations, outworn habits, beliefs, conditioning and energies that no longer belong to you.
To soften, breathe and expand.
To become still enough to hear what is calling from beyond the everyday.
My work is a meeting place between sound, consciousness, energy and the multidimensional realms.
Through gong, bowls, voice, meditation and sound transmissions, I create spaces for deep rest, inner listening,
expansion and transformation.
Sometimes the journey is deeply grounding.
Sometimes it opens into something far beyond the familiar.
There is nothing to force.
Nothing to achieve.
Simply a space to surrender, receive and allow.
Sound carries us into places that words cannot always reach.
I work intuitively with sound and voice, allowing each journey to unfold according to what is present.
As the body settles, the mind becomes quieter and another kind of listening can emerge.
A deep knowing, remembering and shifts in perception.
A sense that something has opened.
A connection to the light council runs through everything that I do with sound.
Through this relationship, I receive and channel sound, voice, music and guidance,
coming through multidimensional consciousness.
Moving through different frequencies, energies, words, melodies and sounds,
creating journeys into realms beyond ordinary perception.
This work encompasses DNA activation, higher dimensional timelines, multidimensional awareness and energetic shifts, offering an invitation to explore what may be possible beyond the reality we have known.
They are experiences to enter, rest in, feel, listen to and receive.
From
1-1 sound journeys to
large group experiences,
guided meditations,
Voice work and immersive transmissions.
I also share
The Art of Gong Playing through one and two-day workshops,
College of Sound Practitioner Training
1-1 with those wanting to open more deeply into their voice.
For organisations,
I bring sound into the workplace through wellbeing Sound experiences,
creating space for teams to pause, reset and restore.
I work with well known investment, legal and other corporate firms.
Perhaps you are here for rest.
Perhaps you are moving through change.
Perhaps something within you is asking to be heard, at last.
Perhaps you feel a new timeline beginning to emerge.
Or perhaps you have simply felt, for as long as you can remember, that there is more to this existence than what we see.
This is the space I hold.
A place where the grounded and the cosmic can meet.
Where sound becomes a bridge.
Where the known can soften into the unknown.
Where something within you can remember.
Come as you are.
Close your eyes.
Listen.
Receive.
And follow the sound.
I'd love to hear from you.
Annette

About the event
The College of Sound Healing’s Gong Practitioner Training Course© is a CMA-certificated programme offered over five weekends across one year—a journey into the heart of sound and its transformative power.
The training combines 70 hours of formal in-person instruction with personal practice, coursework, case studies, reading, and one-to-one mentoring, guiding participants to cultivate both technical mastery and a deep resonance with the subtle, healing currents of the gong.
Through this programme, participants awaken the knowledge, skill, and inner sensitivity to step fully into the role of Certified Gong Practitioner, facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups with presence, intention, and attuned energy. The course invites a sacred relationship with the gong—not merely as an instrument, but as a living, vibrating ally of transformation and healing.
This programme was created for the College by Sheila Whittaker, ensuring that the training honours tradition while opening a pathway to the profound, sacred potential of…
