Bristol Gong Baths
Hello, I’m Annette.
Working with sound,
I offer a space to soften, replenish and let go.
To drop into that peaceful wisdom within,
there in the heart space
the place of your soul,
that always knows.
When life feels overwhelming or out of rhythm,
sound offers a way to release and renew
into something more settled and true.
A space where the body can slow
and the nervous system can gently settle and relax.
Each session unfolds intuitively,
guided by sound and what is present.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, nothing to try to achieve.
Just space to rest
and from here, something begins to shift, move, expand,
quietly and naturally.
I offer one to one sessions,
small group, large group sound experiences,
gong playing weekends and training.
1-1 opening to your voice course
Guided meditations and music activations for you to use at home.
If you would like to find out more,
please get in touch to book a no pressure call

About the event
The Gong Practitioner Training with the College of Sound Healing is a CMA-certified, year-long programme held over five immersive weekends.
This training is an invitation into sound at its deepest level—where the gong is not simply an instrument, but a threshold. A way of listening beyond the surface of things, into something more essential, more foundational.
Many are drawn to this work through a quiet but persistent sense of longing—a feeling that there is more beneath the noise of everyday life. This course offers a grounded, structured way to explore that pull through sound, practice, and direct experience.
Across the year, you will combine 70 hours of in-person teaching with personal practice, reflective coursework, case studies, recommended reading, and one-to-one mentoring. The rhythm of the training allows time for both immersion and integration, so that understanding develops through lived experience rather than theory alone.
You will learn how to work…
