I'm Annette Shaw, musician, sound medicine weaver and teacher.
I have been tuning in with sound and energy since childhood and we can all do this.
It has a way of transforming our lives, retuning and restoring us, almost imperceptibly.
I offer Sound Healing as 1-1 sound energy healing, small groups, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, and practitioner training.
Using gongs, bowls, voice, and other vibrational instruments that support deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and the awakening of higher-dimensional awareness.
Sound is a light energy that moves beyond ideas of time and space.
Chanelled with integrity, timelines and layers of being are reawakend,
illuminated and subtly retuned.
Our energetic field carries the imprint of our journey, and when sound is offered with clear intention, it can dissolve heaviness, release outdated patterns, and invite the body and spirit into a more high-vibrational state. These frequencies support shifts into clearer, lighter, and more aligned versions of ourselves—resonating with our highest available timeline.
Energies expressed through sound as subtle codes, harmonics, and tones that help recalibrate the field and awaken deeper intuition, clarity, and inner expansion.
The gong is one of the most powerful tools for this work. Its vast spectrum of frequencies moves through the physical and energetic bodies, soothing the nervous system, harmonising the field, and activating higher states of consciousness.

About the event
The College of Sound Healing’s Gong Practitioner Training Course© is a CMA certified programme offered over five weekends across one year—a journey into the heart of sound and its transformative power.
The training combines 70 hours of formal in-person instruction with personal practice, coursework, case studies, reading, and one-to-one mentoring, guiding participants to cultivate both technical mastery and a deep resonance with the subtle, healing currents of the gong.
Through this programme, participants awaken the knowledge, skill, and inner sensitivity to step fully into the role of Certified Gong Practitioner, facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups with presence, intention, and attuned energy. The course invites a sacred relationship with the gong—not merely as an instrument, but as a living, vibrating ally of transformation and healing.
