Space to let go a while,
it’s time
to release the outworn and expectations
and allow yourself to soften, land, awaken and expand into
the infinite wisdom and possibility that lies both within us
and somehow without.
A space where the body
can slow down,
the nervous system can settle and relax into
magnetic freedom.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, no competition, no race
Trusting your heart,
it won't let you down and
you may look back in wonder, not so long from now
and realise just how much has changed
