Gong Puja. a full night resting as gongs gently play, retune and transform

Sat 19 Sept

Bristol Buddhist Centre Triratna

Unlike a traditional 45–60 minute gong bath, the extended nature of a Gong Puja allows the body and mind to move beyond relaxation into a deeper process of restoration and integration. It is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and create space for renewal on every level.

About the event

Gong Puja

An Overnight Sound Retreat

Step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in a night of deep rest, healing, and renewal.
