The most astounding and profound healing outcomes occur when we are willing to look fearlessly at ourselves, our shadow, the light, with neutrality.  As sound dissolves, layer layer and we come to realisations and deeper truths.  If we can embrace and hold all parts,  integrate self forgiveness,  willingness to forgive others.  When we can uncover the raw stone, (always further to go) honestly, stop blaming ourselves and others, we can keep

surrendering to a new now and a new way of being.

The space within, that's always present and available.  Aligning ourselves with this resonating inner universe allows us to be in the flow state and draw towards us that which we wish to make manifest.

As a musician, I have been using sound as medicine both in person and remotely since childhood and draw upon music in all it's forms.

Sound used in this intuitive and shamanic way, gets right to the very essence and bones of things.

All we need to do, is trust.

​

Amazing and transformational shifts quietly occur as we come home to our true selves.

 

There is no competition, no race, no arrival point.

Only a desire to connect in to love within.

Layers dissolve around us and we begin to notice

how clear and beautiful and colourful things seem  one day just making a cup of tea.

The rhythmic, unfathomable sounds of the gongs, confuse our rational brains, causing them to surrender and switch down to theta.  We have the space to go beyond then and journey beyond limitations of the rational mind.

Comfortable thick futon mats, blankets, cushions, eye bags, roaring fire, (in winter), candles, essential oils, it's all there cocooning you in nourishment as you can let yourself surrender to some deep rest and nurturing as I take you through guided meditation before playing gongs, bowls, chimes, voice and more all around and about you.
